Mr. Gavina is a professional in hospitality and food services industries. He has vast experience in management and has worked for over 25 years at international level. He has supervised, managed, opened, and owned over 30 restaurants, entertainment venues and lodging facilities in 9 different cities across the globe.


His extensive international experience is indicative of his excellence and competence in the implementation of productivity and cost improvement strategies, improving guests’ experiences, enhancing organizational performance, and bringing new and creative ideas to the industry.


He has received recognition throughout his career for quality standards and service excellence. Businesses he has managed or launched have been recipients of prestigeous international recognitions, including Michelin and Tatler Dining Guides as well as Asia Travel & Tourism Creative awards. His commitment, passion, and desire to provide the ultimate customer experience are evident in his training skills and ability to give each property he handles a bold competitive edge and unique selling points. His expertise and competence include development of sustainable hospitality concepts, décor refurbishments, equipment sourcing and purchasing, kitchen and dining areas design.

Prior to moving to Asia and building his reputation in Bali, Singapore and Hong Kong, Mr. Gavina has worked for 10 years with 3 internationally recognized groups in the United States, including Bice International and Da Silvano in the West Village, New York.

In recent years his extensive experience in launching and managing multi-units operations, has positioned him as an ideal executive to preopening Western and Asian restaurants, boutique hotels, convention centers and entertainment facilities, for a total combined investment of US$ 48,000,000
